"We grow our own food and eat it alive!"

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. Our stomachs are full of bacteria, both good and bad. Probiotics are often called "good" or "helpful" bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy.

You can find probiotics in supplements and foods. Doctors often suggest them to help with digestive problems.

Yoghurt (Curd) is a common example of probiotic food. It requires a starter to be prepared. The yoghurt is the starter culture and the milk is the raw material. In this case, a little yoghurt is added to a large quantity of milk, and a new product is created. This is done when the small amount of bacteria in the yoghurt consumes the milk and produces acids and gases.

"While yoghurt is commonly used, it is made of dairy and therefore NOT VEGAN."

However, there are many other starter cultures that are used along with countless other cruelty free foods to produce a wide variety of delicious products. We have imported starter cultures from countries across the world for YOU.

There are innumerable number of cruelty free techniques to make the tangy lactic acid taste of yoghurt blossom on our taste buds. We use 5 probiotic ingredients that require different strains of starter cultures native to 3 different countries.

  • Our liver produces small quantities of glucuronic acid. It binds toxins and helps flush them out of your body.
  • Kombucha contains significant amounts of this glucuronic acid making it a powerful detoxifier.
  • Kombucha is the only natural source of glucuronic acid, other than your liver.
